He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy Walters and E. Berniece Walters (Ebert). He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Willie Herrera; his granddaughters, Kinsley of Manteca, California, Maycie of Manteca, California, Tatum of Manteca, California and Eden Herrera of Manteca, California; and his sisters, Dianna Gregory of Salem and Connie Hardy (John Hardy) of McAlester, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncle, and cousins.
