She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Bernhardt; her parents, Clarence Baker and Gertrude Baker; her sisters, Thelma Mazick and Lee Blackburn; her daughter Diane Bernhardt; and her grandson David Lance Bernhardt.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Todd Bernhardt, Kathy of Texas, Angel Bernhardt of McAlester, Honey Williams and Brian of McAlester; her great grandchildren, Krystal, Skyler, Rachel and Shelby; her sisters, Edith Morgan, Joyce McClean and Barbara McClandon (Jim); Church. She is also survived by many numerous nieces, nephews.
