He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Smithers of Stanton, Phyllis Steithorst-Bealer of Anaheim and Hughes Ray Steithorst (Phyllis); and his aunts, Beatrice Harbison (Hailey), Charles Nyhart of McAlester and Lois Nyhart of Scottsdale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and other family members and friends.
