He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patsy, Anthony Sparks, Alice Fielder and Sheila Barkley; and his aunt Debra Curtsinger.
He is survived by: his spouse Chaise Iskey; his son Hudson Barlow; his siblings, Rachel (Daniel Morrison), Jessica (Bill Martin), Austin Hood and Tyler Hood; his siblings' children, Mason Stephens, Brycelynn Morrison, Levi Morrison, Connor Barlow and Augustus Martin; and his grandparents, Clay, Kathy Norman, Jerry, Sr., Ellen Barlow, John Alan Barkley and Willene Barkley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
