She was predeceased by: her parents, James Berry and Sarah Berry (Harvelle); her husband Archie Phillips; her daughter Deborah Phillips; and her brother James Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Phillips of Florida, Jimmy Phillips (Sharon) of Tipton, Sandra Gayde (Danny) of Martinsville and Jonathan Phillips (Carrie) of Ellettsville; her grandchildren, Anthony Gayde (Megan), Dean Ryderson (Jane), Deric Gayde (Morgan), Debbra Phillips, Angel Phillips, Justin Phillips, Rebecca Johnson (Charles Jr.), Melissa Bronnenberg (Justin), Kimberly Phillips and Amber Phillips; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Ayden, Sophia, Mila, Axl, Blayden, Dexten, Declan, Claire, Alicia and Alex; and her siblings, Ronald, Roger Berry and Nancy Berry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
