She is survived by: her sons, Geoffrey Crumm (Tonya) of McAlester and Steve Crumm; her grandchildren, Rachael Smith (Brent) of Hayworth and Garrett Cook (Gabi); her great grandchildren, Greyson Cook of Hartshorne and Damon Fields of Hartshorne; and her sister-in-law Beverly Gilley of Paoli, OK.
