She is survived by: her husband Charles Sam; her daughters, Christie Farmer (Randy) of McAlester and Kendra Sam (Jeremy) of Lajunta, CO; her grandchildren, Warren Jackson, Carly Sam, Destinee Moore and Ashley Hampton; her great grandchildren, Braylee Klotz, Baylee Jackson, Bentlee Jackson, Brandon McAnally and Braxton McAnally; her brother Ryland Phelps of Amarillo, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Sam (Emma) of Kyle, SD, Dennis Sam of McAlester, Bessie Sam, Virgil Sam of McAlester and Louise Mitchell (Bill) of Hartshorne. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
