With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leola Lester of McAlester, Oklahoma, born in Blanco, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taft Wesley and Becky Wesley (Pickens); her husband Charles William Lester, Jr.; her son Charles William Lester, III; and her great grandchild Kyler Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan Lester of Oklahoma City and Rebecca Hawkins (Neal) of Durant; her daughter-in-law Paula Lester of Norman; her grandchildren, Heather Anderson, Genci Hedgecock, Jesse Roy Lester, Rachel Lester and MacKenzi Clapp; her great grandchildren, Dakota Lester, Makayla Lester, Hailey Hedgecock, Fallon Anderson, Laura Anderson, Amaya Anderson, Kyndyn Clay, Kynlynn Clay, Kyleah Clay, Haden Charles Lester, Kyllah Deford and Fallon Lester; and her sisters, Ramona Robertson of McAlester and Loyce Wright of McAlester. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
