She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horinek and Viola Horinek (Henderson). She is survived by: her husband Gary Evan Tempel; her children, Vonnie, Jeremy, Joshua, Justin and Zackery; her daughters-in-law, Cristine, Arthea and LeAnna; her grandchildren, Charles, Kathryn, Steven, Nickolas, Taylor, Alex, Hailey and Hannah; and her siblings, Charlotte, Steven, Gary and Edward. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends.
