She was predeceased by: her parents, James Meggs and Mary Meggs; her husbands, Arnold Barnett and James Nobles; her siblings, Lucinda Ogle, Doris James, Dorothy Stovall and James Meggs; her daughter Carol Moore; her grandchildren, Joshua Moore and Natalie Fox; and her stepson David Nobles.
She is survived by: her sisters, Dora McFarland and Cathy Wingo; her children, Donna (Albert Ford), Gwenda (Willie Fox), Judy Justice, James (LaJonna Nobles), Deborah Douglas and Rebecca (Anthony Biafore); and her grandchildren, Twila, Billy Brown, Billy Fox, Lori, Tyler Graham, Kevin, Tara Fox, Angie, Michael Miller, Deanna, Phillip Coxsey, Cheryl, Randy Kelley, Amber Hansen, Courtney Nobles, Monty Nobles, Sarah Douglas, Mariah Douglas, Jaime Moore and Casey Biafore. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Lucy requested that donations be made to the Hudson Strong Foundation at BancFirst in McAlester, Oklahoma.
