It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Humphrey (McAlester, Oklahoma), born in Talihina, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Frank and Vina Carpenter; her parents, Grace Carpenter and Albert Carpenter; and her brother Alan Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Hubert Paul Humphrey, Jr.; her children, Meghan (Jamie Peek) of McAlester and Zachary (Christina Williams) of Sapulpa; her siblings, John (Shelley Carpenter) of Ada, Michael Carpenter of Ohio, Gerald Carpenter of Ada, Norma Garcia of Ohio, Joann Hollingsworth of McAlester, Susie (Odes Allen) of Vinita, Lorene Scott of Lula, OK, Teresa (Dewayne Welch) of Holdenville and Elizabeth (Jerry Gibson) of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Rhys Peek of McAlester, Garrett, Payton and Paisley Williams of Sapulpa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
