D."; her children, Lloyd Wyzard (Cindy) of Sperry, Kelley Edens (Rick) of Sperry and Mark Wyzard (Bonnie) of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Dustin Wyzard (Lauren) of Sand Springs, Caleb Edens (Debra) of Lindale, TX, Joshua Edens (Autumn) of Grand Prairie, TX, Jake Wyzard (Amie) of Owasso, Kyle Wyzard (Jackie) of Richardson, TX, Luke Wyzard of Collinsville, OK, Austin Wyzard of Tulsa, OK, Zac Wyzard of Coalgate, OK and Shawna Randell of Catoosa, OK; her great grandchildren, Kadon, Gavin, Declan, Sutton, Braden, Ashlyn, Maverick, Greyson, Bennett, Ava and Grace; her siblings, Mildred Waterman of Avant, Oklahoma and Mitchell Phelps of Mannford, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Jack and Lizzie White. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Strict adherence to CDC COVID guidelines will be required at the viewing and funeral service.
