She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Whitlock and Martha Whitlock; her former husband Richard; her sons, Mike, Terry, Ricky and Roger; and her granddaughters, Rebecca, Paula and Ruth Ann.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Marie Simmons (Proctor); her son-in-law Eddie Simmons; her daughter Sheilia Thurmon (Proctor); her son-in-law Dan Thurmon; her grandchildren, Melissa Cammack (Proctor-Cole), Eddie Thurmon and Maggie Thurmon; and her great grandchild Sean Cammack. She is also survived by her two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
