He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Michelle Pezulo (Michael), Autumn Sweatt (Michael), Hannah Osborne (Kaylie), Lauren Smith (Lucy), Jennifer Anderson (Cody Wagman) and Bennie Anderson; his grandchildren, Ava Anderson, Derrick Robison of Braxton Mitchell, Ala, Mykah Martinez and Ian Sweatt; and his siblings, Manford Perkins, Eddie Howard, Tommy Howard, Lenny Perkins and Patricia Gobert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
