He is survived by: his parents, Jay Cee Wortham and Mary Kathryn Wortham (McAdoo); his daughter Hannah; his siblings, John Wortham of Dallas, Daniel Wortham (Vidella) of McAlester, Matthew Wortham of Savanna and Susan Griffin (Rick) of Kiowa; his siblings' children, Craig Wortham, Melesa Foster, Eldon Holder, Gabriel Adams, Daniel Wortham, Jr., Joshua Wortham, Vanessa Wortham, Kenneth McMath, Johnny Wortham and Elijah Wortham; his sister Kathryn Etoy; and his nephew Caleb McMath. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
