He is survived by: his children, Toni LaDawn Hendrix, Anthony Parish, Michael Hendrix, Kim Lawson-Hart and James Hendrix; the mother of his children LaDonna Hendrix of McAlester; his grandchildren, Luke Bookout, Lane Hendrix and Zaidyn Hendrix; his brother Dennis Hendrix (Rhonda) of Tishomingo; his sister-in-law Stephanie Tannehill (Jerry) of McAlester; his aunts, Betty Martin and Bessy Ivy; his sibling's children, Jake Tannehill, Jason Tannehill, Heather Hendrix, Ashley Hendrix, Helen Hendrix, Crystal Clabough, Sherry Clabough, Kelly Clabough and LaDonna Kay Clabough; his cousins, Carol Huff, Robert Hendrix, Brenda Wilson, Tommy Hendrix, James Rodney Hendrix and Joel Hendrix; and his close friends, Steven Garcia, Pat Nance, Tracey Manos, Johnny Larison and Carl Finemore.
