He is survived by: his wife Betty Talley; his children, David Talley of Lenexa, Jana Talley of Sacramento, Calif and Cindy Talley Lemon of McAlester; his grandchildren, Clay Hanson and Caila Lemon; and his sister Alberta Heathcock of Krebs.
