She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Herrick and Florence Ethel Herrick (Morris); her brother Arthur "Mac" Herrick; and her nephew Jason Herrick. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Chase of Atoka, Kerry Chase (Leslie) of Atoka and Vicky Chase of McAlester; her grandchildren, Tyler Kearns (Ferahon) of McAlester, Christopher Martin (Kinsey) of Atoka, Brittany Sawyer (Jeffrey) of Soper, Kerry Brian Chase of Atoka and Kobe Chase of Atoka; her siblings, Sharon Bruner of Wray, Colorado, Lyman Herrick of Yuma and Harvey Herrick of Holdrege, Nebraska; and her close friends, Kathy Mowery and Elaine Grayson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
