She was predeceased by: her father Leo Schmitz. She is survived by: her husband Les Franklin; her mother Vera Schmitz of Kansas City; her son-in-law Heather; her sisters-in-law, Michael, Carol Schmitz of Columbia, Dan and Terri Schmitz of Kansas City; her sister Pam Brittingham of Kansas City; her brother-in-law Robert Brittingham of Kansas City; her stepson Brian Franklin of Wilburton; Carlos Alvarado of Lee, Jamie Keith of Oklahoma City and Tina Franklin of Wilburton.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the MDA Association.
