She is survived by: her mother Thelma Meadows (Factory); her siblings, Jerry Meadows of Houston, TX, Gary Meadows (Yuka) of El Paso, TX, Paul Meadows, Jr. (Lori Weeks) of McAlester and Reba Nichols of Tulsa; her aunts and uncles, Mary Factory, Wilma Green, Marjorie Factory, Lillian Hawkins, Valerie Alexander, Samuel Butler and Larry Butler; and her cousin Carolyn "Sue" Carter of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
