She was predeceased by: her grandson Trevor Wayne Spainhour; and her parents, Samuel Harmon Ramsey and Karen Gail Ramsey. She is survived by: her significant other Jimmy Hill; her children, Katrina Johnson of Levelcross, NC and Brian Johnson; her daughter-in-law Melissa Johnson of McAlester; her grandchildren, Kristan Oxedine of Levelcross, NC and Makayla Johnson of Cedar Square, NC; and her brother Samuel Ramsey, Jr. of High Point, NC. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
