He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lundin; his children, Daniel Fishback of Florida, David Fishback of McAlester, Susan Johnson of California, Danielle Gomez of California and John Lupin of McAlester; his grandchildren, Ian Johnson, Amy Gomez, Lindsey Johnson, Joseph Gomez, Davina Gomez and Luke Ringquist; his siblings, Judy Durbin of California and David Fishback of California; and his mother-in-law Mildred Lundin of McAlester.
