He is survived by: his parents, William A. Cornish and Rita Pool Cornish; his significant other John B. Baumert; his sons, William Darby Cornish of Wilburton and Richard Gordon Cornish (Ginger) of McAlester; his siblings, Tom R. Cornish (Gayle) of Okmulgee, Fred C. Cornish (Lee) of Tulsa and Cloyd Ann Cornish of Okmulgee; his grandsons, Billy Cornish of McAlester, Chris Cornish of McAlester and Ryan Cornish of McAlester; his brother William Melven Cornish; and his former wife Suzanne Darby Cornish.
