He was predeceased by: his father Chester Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Reva Colleen Adams; his children, Jessica Wilson (Jerry) of Krebs, Carmen Whitaker (Allan) of McAlester, Erica Cummins of McAlester and Jerome Cummins of McAlester; his siblings, Wesley Harness (Paula) of Waurika and Carla Rogers (David) of Indianola; and his grandchildren, Bailey Cummins, Gabriella Hill, Audrey Wilson, Jocelynn, Rolan and Sylar Whitaker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
