He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emerson Guinn and Minnie Ozine Guinn (Teem); his son Gene Emerson Guinn; and his siblings, Letha Belle Scrimshire, Georgia Lue, Gene Austin, Howard, James, John and Noah Guinn.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Guinn Jr. of Holdenville, Cheryl Strech of Holdenville, Karen Norred of Woodstock and Beverly Merriman of Holdenville; and his brother Jerry Guinn of Okemah. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
