He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Maxwell and Elisabeth Mullins (Schmidt); and his son Kenneth Raymond Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Mullins of McAlester; his daughters, Jennifer Burch (Tommy) of McAlester and Stephany Mullins of McAlester; his granddaughter Auralia Burch; and his sister Diana Alexander (Lyle Bradley) of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and dear friends.
