It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Jewell (McAlester, Oklahoma), born in Antlers, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 2, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Garman and Faye Moore; her stepfather Henry Moore; and her brothers, Jerry Rose and Harold Garman.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Jewell of McAlester, Oklahoma; her daughters, Chasity Wedlaw (Dewayne) of McAlester, Oklahoma and Tasha Harrison (Jessie) of McAlester, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Denisha Johnson and Chontae Johnson; her great grandchildren, Iris Brown and Ellie Johnson; and her siblings, Annie Cook (Rick) of McAlester, Carolyn Pugh (Otis) of Clayton, Maria Smith (David) of Clayton, Mary Ellis (Dale) of Haileyville, Oklahoma and Danny Garman (Teri) of Eufaula.
