With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Cole of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 22, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cotney and Ruth Cotney (Brooks); her husband Arla; her grandson Chris Armstrong; and her siblings, Everett Cotney and Clara Jean Newman.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Armstrong, Donald Armstrong (Shelli) and Richard Armstrong (Kim); her grandchildren, Sterling Armstrong (Cassie), Melinda Hill (Brad), Tabitha Biafore, Justin Armstrong, Whitney Hull (Matt), Jordan Wilson (Brad), Maggie Armstrong and Jesse Patton (Ali); and her sister Josie Cotney Kardokus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
