He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Louise Smith; his son Thomas Keith Smith; and his brother Jerry Lee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Smith; his children, Kenny Smith of Hawaii, Deborah Courtney (Mike) of Indianola, Flora Jean Weiss (Merkel) of Burbank, CA and Ole Keith Turley (Lisa) of Oregon City, OR; his sisters, Donna Kay Roberts (David) of Hartshorne and Mattie Cole of Stayton, OR; his grandchildren, Chaz Gustafson, Christopher Tolley (Bethany), Ole Turley, Jr. (Sara), Charles Turley (Jackie), Chris Turley (Dawn), David Weiss (Genevieve) and Simon Weiss; and his siblings' children, Denise Roberts and David Roberts, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
