He is survived by: his mother Dortha Reed; his sisters, Annie Lanka and Jennifer Sledge; his brothers-in-law, Mark Lanka and Todd Sledge; his aunts and uncles, Joyce Jenkins, Mary Woody, Sharon Woody, Sandy Brown, Debbie Collins, Ronald Collins and Gene Hagen; and his siblings' children, Rebekah, Isabella, Josiah, Ophelia, Elijah, Zechariah, Thresa, Baby Sledge and Isaac Lanka.
