He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Mae Estep; his children, Tommy Ray Estep, Jr. of McAlester, Gabrielle Marie Jewell Estep of McAlester and Austin Gage Tucker of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ronan Estep and Baby Bennett; his father Dean Mills; and his brother Jeremy Mills.
