He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Gregg and Grace Gregg (Horton); his grandson Lance Gregg; his siblings, Leon, Olan, Paul Gregg and Beneva Ann Cowell; and his siblings' children, Donnie Ray Gregg, Melissa Cowell, Amanda Talmich, Julie Ann Gregg Beeton and Kent Gregg.
He is survived by: his son Dustin Gregg; his grandson Zayne Gregg of Bugtussle; his stepchildren, Tony, April Lehrling of Durant, Sherri and Gary St. John of Prosper, TX; his stepgrandchildren, Riley, Kyric Lehrling, Kendall and Hudson St. John; and his siblings, Irene Contreras (Joe) of McAlester, Gloria Dunham of Antlers, Phyllis Largent of Harrah, Don Gregg (Judy) of Visalia, CA, Roy Gregg (Arlene) of Shawnee and Raymond Gregg of Shawnee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
