He was predeceased by : his parents, Hobson Allen and Grace Allen (Foshee); and his siblings, Dale Allen, Wilma Mize, Helen Allen, Aubrey Swihart and Mildred Peters.

He is survived by : his wife Robbie Allen (Bodiford); his children, David Allen of Broken Bow, OK, Wendell Allen of Broken Bow, OK, Judy Allen of Broken Bow, OK and Carol Gray (Randy) of Idabel, OK; his brother Tom Allen (Toni) of Broken Bow, OK; and his sister-in-law Alene Allen of Broken Bow, OK.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
