He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmer and Eliza Ann Kellogg (Leader); his son Benny Kellogg; and his siblings, Marvin Kellogg, Arlis Kellogg (Pat), Iven Kellogg (Shorty), Myrttal McGhee, Vernal Kellogg, Tiny Roberts, Eugene Kellogg, Lenabell Mathis, Elma Tell and John Kellogg.
He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Kellogg; his children, Stanley Kellogg of Mosier, OR, Randy Kellogg of Miami, OK, George R. Kellogg of Miami, OK and Pamela Long of Vinita, OK; and his sister Gladys Crowder. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
