She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis L. Cherry and Iva Jane Cherry (Trammel); her siblings, Carolyn Browning and Louis Cherry; her son Kerry L. Koonce; her son-in-law Chuck Redmon; and her grandson Jeff Redmon.

She is survived by : her husband Bob V. Koonce; her child Eufaula; her grandchildren, Kinsey Poole and Kip Koonce; her daughter Carma Redmon; her grandchildren, Amber Farley (Josh) and Toby Redmon (Toni); her son Chris Koonce (Becky); her grandchildren, Josh Koonce (Dakota), Kaia, Dr. Nicole Fansler (David) and Jacob Koonce; and her great grandchildren, Glenda (John Carel), Stan and Elaine Cherry.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1001 E Rock Creek Rd, Tuttle, OK 73089).
