He was predeceased by: his father John Logan Fipps (Lula Mae); his daughter Julie Fipps; and his siblings, Ethel Tillman, John Harvey Fipps, Kate Bohnstedt and Larry Fipps.
He is survived by: his wife Sherian Fipps of Noble; his children, Allen Fipps (Sherri) of Hennessey, Kristi Sanders of Noble and Riley Hackbarth of Meeker; his grandchildren, Tanya Fipps, Brandon Wood of Hennessey, Dustin Fipps (Sandra) of Noble, Jennifer Fipps, Amy Sanders, Tony Herrera of Noble and Carlos Herrera (Emy) of Noble; and his brother Jerry Fipps (JoAnn) of Noble.
