She was predeceased by: her parents, Estelle Faye Moncrief and Clifford Ray Curby; and her husband Dr. Richard Lyle Blake. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Blake of Moore, Brent Blake (Alicia Blake) of Dallas and Kevin Blake (Janet Finley-Blake) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Alexandra Blake (Adlo Sicilia) of Richardson and Ian Blake of Mountain View; and her great grandchildren, Julia Beatriz Sicilia and Luca Alexander Sicilia. She is also survived by several extended family members and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Hills Baptist Church (8601 S Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159). A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Resthaven Memory Gardens - Oklahoma City (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
