She is survived by: her father Walter McCormack; her husband Ben Smith; her sons, Matt Thomas, Ben Smith Jr. and Vincent Smith; and her siblings, Vincent Boswell, Donna Jones and Deidee McCormack. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
