She is survived by: her husband Troy Stephens; her daughters, Theresa Bozarth (Brian), Paula Stephens and Troya Stephens (Randy); and her sisters, Paula Blackburn and Denise Vinson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
