He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey August Schuermann and Agnes Fiksdal. He is survived by: his wife Nola; his children, Rhonda, Doni, Patty, Mike and Gerald; and his siblings, Sal Baker and Richard Schuermann.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Ron's funeral will have a strict 10 person limit and only immediate family will be admitted.
