He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Frazier and Frances Kelly Frazier; and his siblings, Mary Hughes and Wilbert Frazier. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Frazier; his children, Harold Frazier (Ami Greene Frazier) of Okmulgee and Charly Criner of Morris; his grandsons, Nate Frazier, Caleb Criner and Colton Criner; and his siblings, Harold Frazier (Beverly Frazier) of Illinois, David Frazier of Okmulgee, Louise Ballenger and Earlene Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that money be donated to the youth program at First Baptist Church Morris.
