He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Womack and Norma Goodwin (Ford); and his brother Paul Womack. He is survived by: his wife Reina (Haworth); his sons, Brian Womack (Felicia) of Eufaula, Brandon Womack (Patricia) of Wilburton, Brent Womack (Jennifer) of Edmond, Bradley Womack of Henryetta and Brady Womack of Edmond; his grandchildren, Matthew, James Womack, Lawson, Lily Womack, Drake and Peyton Lewis; his stepmother Saundra Womack; his siblings, Brenda Cummins (Jim), Misty Haley (Cale), Michelle Green (Cory), Tony Womack, Robert Wilmoth and Michael Womack (Crystal); and his nieces and nephews, Shayla Haley, Kennedy Green, Kyle Wolf, Kendall Wolf, Conner Green and Jonathan Womack.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morris High School (307 S 6th St, Morris, OK 74445).
