She is survived by: her significant other Eddie Miller; her daughter Samantha Linn; her stepdaughter Amanda Simco (Travis); her mother Raye Levering; her siblings, Steve Levering (Lesa) and Kelly Duke (Chuck); her grandchildren, Heather, Nathaniel, Jeremiah Chuculate, Aubree and Hunter Miller; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Brenleigh Ann and Rugger Chuculate. She is also survived by five nephews; three nieces and one great grand niece.
