She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Rose Hale (Pickett) and Thomas Oscar Hale; and her husband Denver K. Applegate. She is survived by: her daughter Tamara Brown of Central City, AR; and her grandchildren, Kathryn Dunlavy of Ft. Smith, AR and Christian Dustin of Fresno, CA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
