He is survived by: his mother Sherry Duty of Sallisaw; his siblings, Cheryl Thompson of Fort Smith, Mark Duty (Mindy) of Muldrow, Rick Duty (Nicole) of Sallisaw and Angela Smith (Buzz) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his friend Christine Henshaw of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Andrea, Felecia, Jaymee, Timber, Dillon, Christopher and Derrik. He is also survived by his five great nephews, one great niece, as well as his first great, great nephew.
