He is survived by: his mother Melinda Gail DeFosse of Roland, OK; his children, Shawn Michael Jeremiah of Muldrow, OK and Tiffany Geier of Monkey Island, OK; his grandson Maverick "Mavi" Jeremiah of Muldrow, OK.; his siblings, Deanna Thornburg (Michael) and Scotty Jeremiah of Lubbock, TX; his half-sister Whitney Plank of Muldrow, OK.; and his nieces and nephews, Scotty Jeremiah, Brock Jeremiah, Kaegen Lewis of Roland, Sarah Jeremiah of Lubbock, TX, Madison Thornburg of Roland, OK and Kylie Denise of Muldrow, OK.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
