He is survived by: his cousins, Kathy (Roger Hayes), Jim Birchfield (Anne Turney), Sheri (Bill Elkinton), Bill (Gayle Johnson), Bob (Phyllis Johnson), Beth (Delton Boardman), Narda (Gary Johnson) and Mary (Jeff Ludwig); his niece Dr. Heather Steinbach (Jonathon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ansley, Makenna and Imirah. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
