As Karen Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Karen Ann. Though Karen Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Ferrell and Pauline Ferrell; her former husband Curtis "Frank" Foster; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Foster (KaSondra) of Tecumseh, Karalee Thomas (Kara) of Pryor and Shelly Nichols (Gene McNeal) of Skiatook; and her sisters, Linda Ferrell-Bradford and Rhonda Ferrell-Matthiesen (Mike). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous step-great-grandchildren.
She dedicated much of her time to crafting beautiful quilts with the ladies at her church, often creating blankets for donation to the Department of Human Services, as well as baby blankets for expectant families.
