He is survived by: his wife Carole Brewster of Tulsa, OK; his daughter Melissa Howell (Kenny) of Denton, TX; his granddaughter Emma Grace Howell; his son Stephen Brewster (Krista) of Edmond, OK; his granddaughters, Stevie Rose and Saige Nichole; his son Antonio Graham (Shawna) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Tatum and Zachary; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Michals of Tulsa, OK, Pam Upton (Mike) of Muskogee, OK and David Michals (Valarie) of Evans, GA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
