She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Ray and Helen J Cowan (Thomas); her children, James W. Arterburn (Jennifer), Shannon Rea West, Theresa Kay Miller (Jeffery), Tina Louise Corman and Shannon Wayne Arterburn (Shelley); her brother John R. Cowan, Jr. (Nancy); her grandchildren, Lyndzey Mason (Allen), Kelsey West (Cody Whetstine), Abbey West, Levi Dawes, Connor Arterburn, Corban Arterburn, Reagan Arterburn, Jacob Tillman and Codey Hughey; her great grandchild Roland Mason; her niece Jamie Cowan; and her nephew John R. Cowan, III.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions maybe made in Linda J. Arterburn's honor to the Special Olympics.
